I acknowledge and agree that running/walking in the Brimstone Hill Run for the Fit and Fearless (the Race) is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter the Race unless I am medically able and have proper physical conditioning and training. I assume any and all risks associated with the Race including but not limited to slips and falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including rain and exces-

sive heat and the conditions of the roads and terrain, all such risks being acknowledged and appreciated by me. Acknowledging these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anybody else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and HEREBY RELEASE WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park Society, the Race

directors, committee members, volunteers working with the Race, participants in the race, or anyone else acting for or on behalf, as well as sponsoring companies and their respective agents, officials, officers, directors, employees, servants, representatives, successors and assigns, OF AND FROM ALL CLAIMS, demands, payments, actions, causes of action, damage, costs and expenses, in respect of any death, injury, loss or dam-

age to my person or property HOWEVER CAUSED arising or to arise by reason of participation in the Race and NOTWITHSTANDING the same may have been contributed to by the negligence of any of the aforesaid. I FURTHER UNDERTAKE TO HOLD AND SAVE HARMLESS and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of the foregoing individuals or corporations arising as a

result of, or in any way connected to, my participation in the Race. BY SUBMITTING THE ENTRY I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE ABOVE AGREEMENT, RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY, AND I WARRANT that I am physically able to participate in the Race.
